Meet Our Team

Penny Rawlings (Headteacher)

It is an absolute pleasure and privilege to lead Meadows View School, our brand-new special school with a clear vision to nurture, support, and inspire every child. Creating a safe, caring, and inclusive environment where our pupils can thrive is at the heart of everything we do. It is incredibly exciting to be part of the school’s journey from the very beginning, and I am proud to help shape a school where every child is valued, understood, and empowered to reach their full potential.

Cherida Gibson (Deputy Headteacher)

Alison Hanson (Lead Clinician and Speech and Language Therapist)

I am excited to be the Lead Clinician and Speech and Language Therapist for Meadows View School.

My role is to work with the staff and children to ensure that every child has the strategies and interventions in place that they need to facilitate their progress.

Charlotte Saunders (SENCo)

I am delighted to be the Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator for the children at our school.

Our children at Meadows View School receive the highest quality of provision and care to enable them to reach their full potential.  As school SENCo I oversee their needs and provisions, ensuring that they have everything they require to be able to develop, make progress and achieve their aspirational outcomes.
